TRAINING COURSE REFUND POLICY
If you decide to discontinue a program from ImpaQ Solutions or Margo Boster, you may request a refund. The refund is calculated on a pro rata basis, less credit card fees. For example, if you discontinue after the third of eight classes, your refund would be the enrollment fee you paid times 5/8, less the credit card fee charged to ImpaQ Solutions for the transaction(s). If you paid $2,000 for a course and the credit card fee was 3%, the refund would be ($2,000 x 5 / 8) - (2,000 x 3%) = $1,190).

We collect your names and/or email addresses to communicate with you via email.
You can opt-out of email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the emails we send. We may still communicate with you to respond to service requests that you initiate.
We will share your information with third party administrators GoDaddy and MailChimp for the purposes of fulfilling service requests.
For GoDaddy.com:
- We are hosted on the GoDaddy.com platform. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy.com’s data storage, databases, and the general GoDaddy.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
- All direct payment gateways offered by GoDaddy.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

For Mailchimp:

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information.
If we collect cookies, it’s not intentional, and we don’t use them for anything.
We have policies and procedures in place to protect your personal information. Since no electronic storage is 100% secure, we cannot promise that cybercriminals will be unable to defeat our security measures and improperly access your information.
We do not knowingly market to or collect data from children under 18 years old.
