I’ll be honest — I’ve been feeling a bit off-center lately. Not burned out, not overwhelmed… just slightly misaligned, like I’ve been moving through my days without quite the clarity or grounded presence I usually rely on.
It happens. Even when we know the tools. Even when we teach the tools.
What helps is returning to the basics — not in a rigid way, but in a kind way. That’s the heart of Mindfully Successful, and of the upcoming workbook I’ve been creating: small shifts, intentional pauses, and subtle realignments that help us remember who we are and how we want to show up.
So this July, I’m not giving you a checklist or promising quick fixes. I’m simply inviting you to join me in a reset — one breath, one moment, one mindful choice at a time.
Here are a few things I’m returning to this month. Maybe one will resonate with you:
👁️ Noticing autopilot — and choosing to shift one habitual pattern
💨 Regulating my breath before walking into a conversation
👂 Listening with more presence, even when my mind wants to move on
✋ Interrupting old stories that say I have to hold it all together
These aren’t dramatic changes — but they’re powerful. They help me feel more like myself again.
Until then, I invite you to pick one small way to reset. You don’t have to feel totally centered to begin — I just invite you to be willing to notice, breathe, and begin again.
With you in the practice,
Margo
